Governor Joe Lombardo gave his first State of the State address on Monday, using the hour to detail a legislative agenda that included election reform, tax cuts, and education funding. Lombardo also took a few jabs at the Democratic legislature on healthcare and criminal justice. With the start of legislative session just around the corner, how will the Dems and our Republican governor get along?
