Nothing says “Valentine’s Day” in Las Vegas like Ethel M Chocolates. Since 1981, this Henderson-based chocolate factory has been crafting premium sweets and boozy treats, and testing new flavors. To celebrate the holiday, we’re bringing a conversation co-host Sarah Lohman had with chief chocolatier Mark Mackey about Ethel M’s surprising origin story, and why Las Vegas is the perfect place for a chocolate factory.
