The Surprising History of Dry January
Las Vegas is known for its booze-soaked fun, but every year, a growing number of us are hopping on the Dry January bandwagon for a month of alcohol abstinence. Today, we bring back a conversation with co-hosts Dayvid Figler and Sarah Lohman, a culinary historian. They talk about how Dry January made its way from frontier America to British millennials, and how the non-alcoholic beverages movement has found a foothold in Las Vegas.
