Today, co-host Sarah Lohman sits down with Chef James to talk about his upbringing on the Eastside running with the "wrong crowd," how restaurants changed his life, what it was like returning to Las Vegas to start his flagship restaurant, Esther's, and where he thinks the dining scene in Las Vegas is headed.
