You can never have too many wine bars in Las Vegas. Whether you prefer red, white, rosé, or something offbeat like an orange wine, there’s plenty to try at three new vino joints.

🍷 Wineaux

Wineaux is a welcome addition to UnCommons, especially now that the Sundry is no longer pouring natural wines at Bar Oysterette 😢 The new lounge feels like a bright, open living room with a cozy feel and compelling list of wines, including ones from small producers at various price points. The project is led by James Beard award-winning chef Shawn McClain, so of course, the food is great. Don’t be afraid to bypass the charcuterie and cheese plates for a creamy roasted eggplant or a mushroom honey truffle tart. Wineaux has a small retail component and bottles to go with a 25% discount.

🍷 Crush Pad Wine Bar

Crush Pad takes over the space formerly home to French Cellar on Sahara, giving the place a more contemporary feel with reclaimed wood tabletops and graffiti art on the outdoor patio. Order from one of two menus — “classic” or “curious” — with thoughtfully chosen wine available on both. There’s also a retail wall for takeaway bottles. It’s great stuff you won’t find at your average grocery store, offered at reasonable prices. Crush Pad just opened less than a week ago, but already feels like a comfortable neighborhood hangout. Tasting classes, a wine club, and charcuterie (organized by country of origin) are in the works.

🍷 The Wine Bar at Kassi Beach House

Kassi Beach House, already one of the best, most consistent restaurants at Virgin Hotels, just transformed the front lounge into The Wine Bar, which has its own evolving list of 60+ bottles. WineStation dispenser machines allow customers to sample 16 of ‘em by one, three, or six ounce pours. It’s a great way to compare regions or try just a taste of something pricey like Opus One. Snack on arancini, baked feta, and other small bites.
