Sweeten Your Summer

Please welcome City Cast Las Vegas co-host Vogue Robinson, who’s here to drop some vital hot season 🫠 intel:

🧊🍓 As summer approaches, I encourage y’all to get into the refreshing, Vegas-made, premium frozen treats from The Joy Pop Co. Straight to your door! In pre-vaccination times, my friend sent me a text asking if I was home. Why? Because she had ordered me “delivery popsicles” from this local business.

These flavors never disappoint: The vegan options are unique, like mango dragon fruit and pineapple chili lime. The hibiscus mint will stain your mouth a deep violet-red, and remind you of mojitos + agua de jamaica. The creamy milk & cookies (with whole cookies!), orange cream, and strawberry shortcake will melt in your mouth.

Unlike furniture deliveries, Joy Pop’s service is timely and considerate. They call if you don’t answer the door — they won’t leave your popsicles to melt on the porch. At $4 a pop, I appreciate that.

My love for Joy Pops is longstanding because they symbolize my friend showing care for my family. Also, they’re also delicious, their ingredients are sourced sustainably, and the company is family-owned. You can call them for weddings, find them at farmers markets and special events, or just enjoy one on a Wednesday to get over the midweek hump.

Bonus: You can watch them make the popsicles on Instagram!
