American restaurateur and writer David Chang almost broke the foodie internet when he declared “the best Chinese food in America is in Las Vegas” on his Instagram earlier this year. While we are inclined to accept any food flattery towards Las Vegas, we needed some proof. Co-host Dayvid Figler sits down with Review-Journal restaurant reporter Johnathan L.
